This privacy policy describes how Artisunfr SAS collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who visit artisunfr.com and sign up to the program.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Artisunfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade Register under number 924 567 891, with its registered office at 12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: contact@artisunfr.com.
2. Data collected
We only collect the information you send us through the sign-up form: first name, last name and email address. No sensitive data is requested. Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected via audience measurement cookies, only with your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to send you information about the residential projects available in your region, to answer your requests and to manage your file. Your data is never sold to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), collected when you submit the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
5. Retention period
Data from the form is kept for three years from the last active contact. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of thirteen months.
6. Recipients of the data
Your data is accessible only to authorized internal teams at Artisunfr SAS and our technical sub-processors (hosting, email delivery), located in the European Union.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@artisunfr.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Artisunfr SAS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, regular backups) to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access.
